Position: Transaction Coordinator Assistant/Marketing Administrator
Full-Time: Monday through Friday 8 to 5.

We are here to help each other but not micromanage, nobody’s got time for that! Lol. This is a position for someone interested in a supportive role, NOT in sales. Realtors don’t have all the fun! We work inside the RE/MAX 4000 office which is top notch in regards to location and amenities. You’ll have a great view from your new office!
Complete Initial Paperwork on Transactions
Work with Vendors & Industry Partners
Maintain CRM Database
Schedule Appointments & Coordinate/Confirm w/ All Parties
Make Decisions w/ General Understanding of Policy’s & Procedures to Achieve Set Results & Deadlines
Manage Multiple Calendars
Pay Attention to Details – They Matter
Create & Implement Marketing Campaigns
Update/Find/Create Content & Gain Followers on Social Media
Create Monthly Newsletter
Maintain & Update All Websites & Profiles
Hand-Write Personal Cards to Clients
Provide Efficient, Timely, Reliable & Courteous Service
Problem Solve & Carry Out General Instructions
Schedule Showings & Prepare Showing Sheets
Create and Edit Projects in Microsoft Office Suite
Field Phone Calls
Set Up Appointments
Ideal Candidates Skills & Experience:
1+ Year Experience in Administrative Duties
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
Excellent Multi-Tasking Skills

This job starts at approximately $11 per hour + closing bonuses.
Paid vacation time is available but no other monetary benefits. Holidays and weekends off!
